What is the estimated timeline for the full build process?
Our current average build time from start to finish is approximately 12 months. There are some varying factors that might fluctuate the timing and allow for a quicker timeline.
What is included in the turnkey, fully furnished delivery with the purchase of a home?
With everything meticulously prepared for you, this home is truly move-in ready, complete with all specs from Pottery Barn/West Elm. Delivery includes, but is not limited to, all major appliances, furniture for the entire home, linens (sheets, pillows, duvets/shams), bathroom accessories (towels, washcloths, soap dispensers, waste bin) artwork/décor, rugs, drapery, lamps, kitchenware (dishes, flatware, drinkware/glasses, serving/storage, bakeware, small appliances and more).
Who will be building my home?
Our dedicated onsite construction team, Wilderness Club Construction, is located on property and will be devoted specifically to the construction of your home within our community. With extreme attention to detail and quality construction, our team will guide you through every step of the construction process until move-in day.

What is the architectural style of the community?
Architectural and landscape designs that blend in and “connect” to the mountain environment. The Western Ranch House and Rustic Mountain House styles are compatible with the vision of Wilderness Club and its environment. Low-profile, one to two story designs that hug the land, combined with authentic wood and stone treatments create homes that fit into this landscape. Homes are to blend in with, rather than dominate the natural surroundings.
What types of properties are offered at the Wilderness Club?
Homes and custom build homesites offer a selection of unique properties to suit your needs. Semi-custom homes range from 1,080 sq. ft to 4,007 sq ft, each with contemporary rustic charm, open airy floorplans with sleek, timeless finishes. To schedule your private tour call 406-609-0809.
What kind of security is offered in this community?
Security is a big draw for many homeowners, The Wilderness Club is a private gated community.
Are there HOA dues and fees?
Yes.
What types of Memberships are available at the Wilderness Club?
There are three types of Membership Opportunities: Resident Golf, Resident Sports, and a limited number of Non-Resident Golf Memberships. Contact Kim Tribble, Membership Director, at [email protected] or 281-602-9705 for details.
How do I become a Member of the Wilderness Club?
All residents must maintain a Resident Sports Membership at minimum, with the option to upgrade to Resident Golf. The Club also has a limited number of Non-Resident Golf Memberships. To inquire about availability, contact Kim Tribble at 281-602-9705 or email [email protected].
Are Membership Privileges extended to family members?
All categories of membership at Wilderness Club extend privileges to the Primary Member, their Spouse, and any dependents up until the age of 25.
Can I play golf at Wilderness Club without being a Member?
Currently the golf course is open for non-member play. However, by 2026 the course and practice facilities will reserved for the exclusive use of Members and their guests.
As a Member, may I invite guests to the Club?
Yes. Having your friends enjoy Wilderness Club’s facilities with you is a benefit of Membership. Therefore, Members are entitled to have guests use the Club Facilities in accordance with your Membership Category and the rules and regulations adopted by the Club to preserve the exclusivity of its facilities.
Are there overnight accommodations for non-members?
Yes. There are several homes within our rental program for the non-member accommodations. By 2026 all rental properties will be reserved for the exclusive use of members and their invited guests. For more information or for lodging requests email Lodging & Resort Services: [email protected]
In addition to golf, what else is there to do at Wilderness Club?
Members can enjoy a host of recreational facilities. There is a large white sand beach and lake for paddleboarding, and kayaking, water park with hot tub, splash pad, two saltwater swimming pools and a 250-water slide, multi-sport court, amphitheater, fitness center with jacuzzi, bar & grill, miles of walking and biking trails, scheduled social activities, and walking distance to Lake Koocanusa and hiking trails within the adjacent Kootenai National Forest.

Wilderness Club is located seven miles south of the Canadian border just outside the small town of Eureka, Montana.

Getting here is easy! The Wilderness Club is a scenic hour’s drive from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) in Kalispell, Montana.
